Project Overview
The goal of this project was to develop a logo, branding, and website for the Talk Write Podcast. This is a side project for both Nick and Wayne. Their independent brands both have a tropical feel, so they wanted to bring that feeling into this project.
Project Details
The logo design is an extension of the tropicalauthors.com brand. We took the existing logo design and added podcast flare with the headset. Given that the nature of this project is an interview-style podcast we didn’t anticipate the project the organically create interesting images. So, we decided to create fun wave pattern images to add color and interest to page design.
They are producing a video podcast, hosted on YouTube via Zoom. The home page displays a custom block for steaming a live video from YouTube. The producer simply copies & pastes the YouTube URL for the live streaming video to make it live. When the video area is not being used for live streaming, they can post a static YouTube video instead.
