Project Overview
We were excited to build a custom WordPress website for Starry Night Barn & Studios as soon as we heard their business name. When we began work on the website design, the barn was still under construction. This offered a unique challenge in regards to finding images to work with. So, we started searching for stock photos of dreamy, twinkle-lit weddings to match their brand. To add a personal touch, the owner connected with local wedding photographers to use imagery of real newlyweds.
The goal was to create a website that would inspire couples to book weddings for the following year. The last time we spoke with the owner, she had successfully started filling her calendar!
Project Details
WordPress Wedding Barn Website
To start this project we did a free consultation, followed by a proposal. Once the proposal was accepted we began to work designing and building a dreamy website to match the owner’s vision. The site started out being mostly informational. Since we launched it in 2016 we have added a few new features.
We helped design and develop a free planning guide with email sign up to give to couples planning their big day. We’ve also added LaLa Project’s Preferred Vendors and Wedding Portfolio plugins to help manage the Vendors and Starry Night Barn Weddings. They now have a great collection of weddings that new couples can draw inspiration from. As well as, a robust resource of local wedding vendors.
