Our Brand Strategy Session is an insight-driven, collaborative experience designed to clarify who you are as a business and how you show up in the world. Working closely with the LaLa Projects design team, we take a thoughtful, intentional approach to understanding your brand from the inside out.
For established businesses, we begin with a Legacy Brand Audit. This is a review of your existing brand assets, messaging, and visual identity. This step helps us understand what’s working, what’s misaligned, and where opportunities exist, ensuring your future brand direction builds on what truly matters.
Key stakeholders and team members independently complete a brand strategy questionnaire, giving us a clear and honest view of how your brand is perceived internally. These insights often reveal shared values, gaps in alignment, and opportunities for clarity across your organization.
We synthesize everything we’ve learned into a Brand Clarity Report. This is a strategic foundation that defines your business identity, positioning, voice, and guiding principles. When needed, this report also includes a thoughtfully developed business name that aligns with your values and resonates with your audience.
