Project Overview
This husband and wife team have a great entrepreneurial spirit. We were excited that they choose to work with us on bringing their new business to life. Using vintage t-shirts and postcards as inspiration we worked with them to create a logo, brand, and website.
To start this project we did a free consultation, followed by a proposal. Once the proposal was accepted we began working on a logo and brand development. We started by creating a mood board on InVision. During this part of the design process, we explored the vintage t-shirts and postcards for inspiration.
Project Details
After the logo and brand were established, we started working on the design concept for the website. They wanted a modern feeling image-rich website that felt like summer. We incorporated an Instagram feed, so they can share all the watersport rental fun. They chose to work with a company called WebReserv to offer online booking, it was straightforward to integrate with the website. We worked in lots of call-to-action to help create sales funnels that were easy for the website users to follow.
It was important to the client that they complete locally for organic SEO. We worked with them closely on website content and coached them on what needs to done to create great SEO.
Overall, they kick-started their new business. We are excited to see how their first season goes!
